Veerabhadra comes from Siva and Siva's Shakti name is Aadhya Shakti.
Aadhya Shakti has 4 ways
Aadhya Shakti is Kalika when angry (kopam). Aadhya Shakti is Durga in war (sangramam), Bhavani in giving ishwarya (Bhoga) , Vishnu as Masculine form (pum rupa) 

There is no difference between Siva and Aadhya Shakti which means there is no difference between Vishnu and Siva

Madha means change (marpu)

Shakti(Energy) which is responsible for this change in this creation is called Pramadha 

Chitra Karma (The one who does astonishing activities) gave life to the doll made of manmadha's ashes 

This guy got upadesam of rudra mantra from chitra karma and did parameshwara upasana and got anugraha and got few shakti's  . Then after seeing this guy bhrahma is called Bhanda (means astonishing) and he started violance against others (asura) . so he became bhandasura.
