Administrator Password IN windows | Change / Remove / Edit Passwords In Windows XP , 7 , 8 - Andhra 3G

I think in Windows operating system  you find an option called "Run as Administrator" and you may fail to "Run as ADMINISTRATOR" because of you donot know the password .
